Additionally, the MBPD is working in collaboration with several other South Bay police agencies to crack down on e-bike-related crimes. In a recent citywide enforcement detail, 41 citations were issued, and four suspects were arrested on gun charges. The operation involved the Hermosa Beach Police Department, Manhattan Beach Police Department, Redondo Beach Police Department, Palos Verdes Estates Police Department, and El Segundo Police Department.
